Worker contract

  1. Norwegian social security number. You agree that you will provide us with a Norwegian social security number before we issue you payment for any work done. This is required from the Norwegian Tax office for tax declerations. In case the Norwegian social security number is not provided, the payout for the work will be withheld.
  2. Work Permit/Visa.You should have relevant work permits for the work being done in that country. In case work permit is missing, the payout for the work done will be withheld.
  3. Verification of ID. We use Vipps to verify your Norwegian social security number, address and name for workers in Norway. If you dont have Vipps, you will have to send us your documents manually.
  4. Only one account per user is allowed It is only allowed to make one worker account per person. If more than one accounts are found to be registered on the same legal person, we reserve the right to withhold payments to duplicate accounts and delete accounts.
  5. Freelancer (Independent Contractor). Workers perform Tasks for Publishers in their personal capacity as an independent contractor and not as an employee of a Publisher or Bineric AS or our affiliates. As a Worker, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for and will comply with all applicable Bineric AS and registration requirements, including those applicable to independent contractors and maximum working hours regulations; (ii) this Agreement does not create an association, joint venture, partnership, franchise, or employer/employee relationship between you and Publishers, or you and Bineric AS or our affiliates; (iii) you will not represent yourself as an employee or agent of a Publisher or Bineric AS or our affiliates; (iv) you will not be entitled to any of the benefits that a Publisher or Bineric AS or affiliates may make available to its employees, such as vacation pay, sick leave, and insurance programs, including group health insurance or retirement benefits; and (v) you are not eligible to recover worker's compensation benefits in the event of injury. As a Publisher, you will not engage a Worker in any way that may jeopardize that Worker's status as an independent contractor performing Tasks for you. Neither Bineric AS nor its affiliates has any duty or obligation in respect of Tasks other than those expressly set forth in this Agreement.
  6. Payments. Payments will be executed only after you (the worker) have send an invoice to Bineric. The invoice can be generated from your profile page on Bineric.
  7. Taxes. You agree that it is your responsibility to determine any and all taxes and duties, including without limitation, sales, use, transfer, value added, and other taxes or duties assessed, incurred or required to be collected, or paid for any reason in connection with any request for, or performance of Tasks, or your use of the Site, or otherwise in connection with any action, inaction or omission of you or any affiliate of yours, or any of your or their respective employees, agents, contractors or representatives ("Taxes") and to collect, withhold, report, and remit correct Taxes to the appropriate tax authority, and to otherwise be responsible for the collection and payment of any and all Taxes. WE MAY WITHHOLD AND REPORT ON PAYMENTS TO WORKERS TO TAXING AUTHORITIES. YOU AGREE THAT WE ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO DETERMINE WHETHER TAXES APPLY AND WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE TO COLLECT OR REMIT ANY TAXES ARISING FROM ANY TRANSACTION.
